· Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Processing times vary based on craftsmanship, typically requiring 15-20 business days before shipping.
· Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
At VANTOVA, we are committed to providing a seamless luxury shopping experience with complete pricing transparency.
- All prices displayed on our website include all applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and import taxes required for delivery to your destination.
- Your order will be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis wherever available, meaning no additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will be payable upon delivery.
- The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay (excluding any optional services you may choose during checkout).
- In the unlikely event that a courier or customs authority requests additional import charges for an eligible shipment, please contact our Customer Care team before making any payment so we can assist in resolving the matter.
Please note that your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges independently, which are outside VANTOVA’s control.
5. Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
6.1 Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, extreme weather, courier disruptions). We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
· If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or building management.
· If you suspect theft or a lost package, contact us at contact@vantova.ch within 48 hours.
· We will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements until the investigation is complete.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for:

· Return handling fees
If the package is undeliverable and not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
